Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor
(Singapore)

Requirements:
* Degree/ Diploma in Building/ QS
* Must have at least 7-8 years of relevant experience, Good knowledge of contract/ tender documents and contract negotiation, and able to work independently.
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers)
* Singaporeans or Malaysians only
* Attractive pay package for the right candidate
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
