Due to our current expansion program, we invite dynamic, technically capable, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for success to fill the following positions:-

Quantity Surveyor
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Contract Dept in the daily contractual matters
* Handle and follow up payment certificate
* Familiar with site cost contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement/tender preparation, preparation of bill of quantities, project claim/variation oder and final account
* Ability to organize, coordinate and control payment claims from sub contractors
* Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to interact with all levels
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules under minimum supervision

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* At least 2 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification will be offered to the successful candidate.
