Safety Officer
(West)

Responsibilities:

* You will spearhead the Safety Committee at the premise, as stipulated in Regulation 9 111 (General Provisions) of the Factories (Registration and Duties of Safety Officer) as well as the Workplace Safety & Health Act. You will be appointed as the secretary to the Client’s Safety Committee. You will need to carry out regular site inspections to ensure that there are no unsafe acts or conditions posing accident hazards and that all works carried out in the premises conforms to regulations as stipulated by MOM. You shall be responsible to carry out regular safety briefings to all members of the site team and updates the Safety Committee on all statutory changes to OSHAS Act.

Requirements:
* Diploma in Engineering / Building/ Facilities Management
* 3 years’ experience as Registered Safety Officer
* Self-starter and independent
* Good communication skills
