Continue your career success in 2007 by managing an incredibly exciting $40M building project in the CBD in Brisbane.

The project is a landmark building that will undergo considerable refurbishment and an additional 9 level concrete reinforced structure will be added. There are a large component of complex services and in the first six months of the project the emphasis will be on a service conversion. The client is extremely distinguished and the project will no doubt be a forerunner for many awards and accolades if completed as anticipated.

In order to be considered for this role you must be an experienced construction Project Manager with a track record of successfully completing complex construction projects to at least $30M. You must be gifted in terms of construction knowledge, have a really strong attention to detail and love working on projects that demand a high degree of organisation. You are probably working for a top tier or a respected medium tier building contractor at the moment. You need to have excellent people management skills and have the ability to inspire and motivate others. Your client skills will be exemplary and your negotiation skills second to none. Your written and verbal communication skills are outstanding and your commercial awareness strong.
