Large Consulting firm is actively seeking an Electrical Engineer with PLC automation applications experience in Chicago and Indianapolis. Candidate MUST HAVE BS in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering with PLC automation applications. Candidate must also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in electrical design, programming, and troubleshooting of packaging machinery and line control systems as well as specific experience with Allen-Bradley (Control Logix, PLC5, SLC500) PLCs, Panel View HMIs, Industrial Communication Networks, and control panel design. Experience with RSView32, Intellution iFix, Wonderware, and Visual Basic is a plus. Solid understanding of GAMP design documentation guidelines and validation of control systems in a cGMP environment is desirable. This position requires the ability to simultaneously organize and successfully execute multiple project responsibilities. Company will pay for relocation.
