Very well known company in the Raleigh, NC area seeks a Mechanical Engineer to provide mechanical design for all types of commercial building projects from inception to complete construction. In this role, you will prepare studies of various HVAC and plumbing systems, and provide recommendations of best methods based on economic analysis. Primary responsibilities include complete detail design and documentation; managing projects; proper presentation of construction documents; preparing specifications for specific equipment; and quality assurance. To apply for this position, you must have at least 6 years proven experience in HVAC, Commercial design. Candidate must have experience in Hydronic systems, load calculations, LEEDS. Candidates applying for this position must be proficient with AutoCAD. Company offers a very competitive compensation and full benefits, as well as a congenial and progressive working environment.
