Location: Aiken, SC, USA
Great opportunity with a full service engineering firm located in the Western part of South Carolina for Structural Engineers. These position will have responsibility for structural design with areas of responsibility including design and analysis of concrete and steel for heavy industrial process facilities. Must be technically competent and have aptitude with GTSTRUDL finite element software. Effective skills with commonly available software programs (Microsoft Office, MathCAD, etc.) and the ability to perform as a project manager are also required. Experience with, and knowledge of IBC 2003, ASCE 7-02, AISC ASD, AISC 341-02 and ACI 318-02 is strongly preferred. Position may also have responsibility to help determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. A PE is a plus and US Citizenship is required to be considered. Per diem will be considered for eligible candidates. Pay range listed is an approximation so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
