Quality Engineer - ISO Compliance/Quality Assurance/ISO 9000

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Quality Engineer South of Baltimore for a prestigious manufacturing corporation. Candidate will work with the Quality Manager to improve quality compliance within the company. Daily responsibilities include registering corrective procedures, evaluating and determining the cause, identifying trends and taking corrective and preventive actions. You will maintain our approved supplier list, inspection and quality documents.Lastly, you will be responsible for coordinating the internal quality audit system. This includes the quarterly and annual audit schedules, staying within ISO Compliance and maintaining audit schedules. You will use computer based data collection and analysis programs to take corrective action, control quality plans and stay within ISO 9000 Compliances.

Educational requirements are a BS Manufacturing Engineering plus 3-5 years as a Quality Engineer. Candidates with 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance will be considered. ISO Certification, Internal Control, Process /Efficiency Improvement Program Experience are a plus.

• Describe your experience conducting 1st party, 2nd party or 3rd party manufacturing audits.

• Describe a corrective quality program you devised or coordinated how did you make improvements

• Are you willing to travel up to 15% of the time?
