HVAC CONTROLS TECHNICIAN with mechanical, technical and HVAC experience needed in Maine to perform scheduled routine preventive maintenance on mechanical or electrical equipment systems. Requires 4 years related mechanical, technical and HVAC, DDC electronic controls experience. Internet, networks, IT and computer systems knowledge is desired. Must have excellent time and organizational skills, technical knowledge, programming, start up and commissioning of HVAC controls, DDS, and building automation systems. Responsible to handle emergency service calls to keep system downtime to minimum, analyze, trouble-shoot, repair and restore equipment and systems to full operation and makes recommends to improve system. Requires proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Great opportunity with excellent benefits, company vehicle and relocation assistance may be provided to qualified candidates.
