Leading wireless communications company has an immediate need for a COMMODITY MANAGER to manage and coordinate all purchasing functions relating to a major commodity or operating groups, special departments, and technology departments. Requires BA or BS, MA,MS and I.S.M./A.P.I.C.S certification is preferred. Must have good understanding of KANBAN, JIT, consignment, material planning, E-Procurement and be proficient with SAP, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Engineering Change System software. Supervisory responsibility are to direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company having overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, methods, and employees.
