Director of Business Development - Asset Acquisition/Business Dev/Director

Location: West Palm Beach, FL, USA
A building-solutions company located in South Eastern, FL is seeking a Business Development Director. The ideal candidate will have a MBA, Investment Banking experience AND/OR business development experience, specifically developing, negotiating and closing transactions. The candidate must have at least 1-3 years of managing deals personally, with additional experience in the financial modeling, due diligence and other duties in prior development roles. The Business Development Director will lead the sourcing, development, analysis, due diligence and negotiation of asset acquisition and disposal transactions for a specific region. Experience in cement/RM/Aggregates would be beneficial, but not essential. Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other related discipline. MBA preferred. Excellent benefits package included. Salary is commensurate with experience.
