Our client is a world leader in construction contracting services in the Oil & Gas sector. For big projects abroad we are looking for the following profile.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1) Coordination of Site Project Management staff for the cosntruction of the Oil & Gas Project.
2) Define the engineering organisation charts, staffing and personnel roles with engineering discipline departments
3) Ensure the technical part of the Contract review
4) Provide instructions to the engineering team through project engineering instructions and procedures
5) Ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination
6) Supervises the issue of engineering deliverables and approves the key engineering documents
7) Ensure that engineering activity is compliant with project milestones
8) Ensure effective technical coordination with Client's representatives
9) Supervises the initiation and maintenance of project files
10) Lead and attends the design and safety reviews and supervises the follow up of the outcomes
11) Participate to contract management by initiating, collecting and consolidating the variation requests and change orders

We are looking for:
The ideal candidate must have a technical background, previous experience (at least 10/15 years) in construction of petrochemicals plants in roles as Project Manager or Construction Manager. Preferrably the candidate has knowledge of process, mechanical (rotating machines and pressure vessels) and piping aspects. Fluent in English and availability to go abroad are essential.
