Location: Marietta, GA, USA
Dosing Engineer position with Major International Engineering company in Northwest Atlanta GA. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum of 7 years of practical and application experience in chemistry and instrumentation as they relate to water treatment and water treatment instrumentation. If no degree, 15 years minimum, experience in water treatment and instrumentation in a similar role. Provides and manages the Application Technician function, from the Dosing home office and in the field. Strong experience in similar works, such as, wastewater treatment plant, potable water treatment plant systems that utilize instrumentation and metering systems. Must have teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility and leadership skills. Will serves as primary contact and communication point between factory based, product engineering and technical service, and the sales and service functions within the North American region. Also as the principal lead in maintaining and applying the technical knowledge base within the dosing competency center. Manages and provides the regional technical support function with regard to application, problem solving and product matters. Travel up to 80% of the time, primarily visiting installations and customers' offices to provide technical assistance. Ability to maintain a valid US passport. Prefer local candidates.
