Structural Analyst - Solid Mechanics/Analyst/ANSYS 65-85 K/yr

An international energy technology company has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a person that is strong in developing computer simulations using both ANSYS and LS-DYNA. You will be analyzing metallic weldments, reinforced concrete and soil-subgrade supported structures. The right person should have a Masters, Ph.D. or equivalent in solid mechanics with academic or industrial experience in the latest stress analysis codes such as ANSYS, LS-DYNA, or ALGOR. The Industrial experience is not mandatory, but strong credentials in solid mechanics are a must. Salary will be commensurate with solid mechanic skills and experience, and knowledge of latest stress analysis codes. Relocation assistance will be available for eligible candidates.

• Excellent credentials in solid mechanics are required. Describe how your background meets this requirement?

• What is your experience in the latest stress analysis codes, such as ANSYS, LS-DYNA, and ALGOR? List others that you are experience with.

• This position will need a person that possess the state-of-the-art expertise in static and dynamic analysis of systems and structures, and will be able to develop computer simulations. Why is this you?.
