Seeking Generator Services Manager to create & maintain resource schedules including Generator Specialists, winder, tooling & test equipment to service the Power Generation market. Requirements include BS Engineering, MBA a strong plus, and the ability to manage personnel that provide estimates for proposals, manage recruiting efforts, conduct performance reviews for direct reports & track & review all generator customer reports for clarity & thoroughness. Must have 10+ years experience in the power industry generator service repair business. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, have high energy, and have well developed interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Questions you will be asked:

• Do you hold a BS in Engineering or a Technically related Degree? In what discipline and where was it earned?

• Have you managed personnel that provide estimates for proposals, managed recruiting efforts, conducted performance reviews for direct reports & track & review all generator customer reports for clarity & thoroughness? Where and when?

• Do you have 10+ years experience in the power industry generator service repair business? Where and when?

• Using a scale of 1- 10, where 10 is the most competent, rate your software skills
