IMMEDIATE NEED in east Tennessee for a Senior Sales Manager who has a Bachelors degree and 5 - 10 years of experience driving sales and profits of industrial products. A MBA, international sales, and metal sales experience are preferred. You MUST BRING a strong knowledge and understanding of cost structures for manufacturing and project development; presently hold a leadership role within an organization; be familiar with sales and supply contracts. Your responsibilities will include: development of strategies to drive top line sales and bottom line profitability; new business development; personal contact with present customers as well as prospective customers; development of product pricing. Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate. Your compensation will be commensurate with your experience.
Questions you will be asked:

• What Bachelors degree do you hold and from what college or university did you graduate?

• Tell us about your work experience in a sales leadership capacity including the number of people on your team.

• Tell us about a sales strategy you developed to penetrate a prospective client.

• Let us know the verifiable outcome of the strategy you discussed in your answer to question #3.

• Tell us about any work experience you have selling non-ferrous metals including the applications for the metals sold.
