Immediate need for Project Substation Design Engineers located in the State of Ohio with a large company with Substation design department. Some of these positions are for Team Lead or Supervisor positions. The Supervisor position requires a minimum of 8-10 years experience and 2 or more years in a supervisory role. This position requires 3-8 yrs experience in utility substation design.The candidate must have strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills.Must be able to perform detail design of medium to extra high voltage utility substations to include one-line diagrams, SCADA, communications, conduit and cable sizing/routing, substation physical layouts, selection of substation equipment, writing of substation equipment specifications, construction cost estimates and project scheduling. Experience in 15kV through EHV (including 765 Kv) substation design preferred. Requires a BSEE degree from an accredited University. Professional registration (PE) a plus but not required. These positions are available in the Central US. Per diem allowance available.

• What voltage levels have you worked with ? How many years experience? What companies and types of projects?

• Describe your experience with substation components such as, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, etc. Describe your experience in working with other types of components utilized in high voltage substations.

• Describe your project engineering experience. What were some of the projects? Were they substation projects? Explain.

• What is your current or most recent pay rate or salary? What pay rate or salary do you desire for this position? What is your minimum pay rate or annual salary requirement ? What is the earliest date you are available? When are you available to interview in-person? Do you require per diem?
