Location: Dallas, TX, USA
Facilities services group in Dallas, Texas has an immediate need for a Project Superintendent. This person will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish and handling budgets from $500 to $5M. This position is primarily in the field. The ideal candidate will have experience with facilities management, modular furniture systems, movable and demountable wall installation and relocation, signage, interior construction, and construction management. You will also conduct periodic job site inspections reviewing schedules, financials, etc, oversee, manage and deliver daily logs and reports, RFI's, shop drawings, subcontractor schedules and change order requests, weekly updates of budgets, trade breakdowns, and actuals. Salary commensurate with experience.
