An Energy Services provider with a location in Arlington, VA has an immediate need for a Energy Efficiency Engineer (EEE). In this role you will be responsible for developing energy efficiency and capital improvement projects, by identifying, assessing, and structuring technical and financial solutions to meet customer objectives. This includes Identification of technical energy efficiency or capital improvement projects to meet customer objectives. Selection of appropriate combinations of projects to meet customer financial and infrastructure improvement needs. Selection of the most appropriate cost-estimating and project implementation methods (traditional design/bid/build, expedited design/build, internal cost estimates, or joint ventures with sole-source contractors). Management and allocation of both internal and external resources to achieve goals and meet deadlines. Minimum requirements include an Undergraduate engineering (BE, BS) or construction related degree with an advanced degree in engineering or construction management and/or PE preferred. Three to five years of progressive experience in developing MEP, ESPC and State and Local Performance Contracting projects. Experience in detailed energy simulations and in actual energy systems project implementation preferred. Client prefers local candidates however relocation will be considered for an exceptional candidate.

• Do you live within commutable distance to Arlington, VA. If not why are you interested in relocating there?
