Supplier of new and used heavy equipment for oilfields and mines is searching for a certified MECHANIC with 10+ years experience to work in their north west NM facility. Selected candidate will safely dismantle, adjust, repair and operate complex equipment using hand and power tools, cranes and hoists often involving complex rigging. This position requires the application of knowledge of mechanics, welding, pipe-fitting, hydraulics and other crafts and trades used in the course of day to day work to efficiently repair or maintain complex equipment. Selected candidate will have machinery knowledge and a common sense approach to perform work in an efficient and timely manner. The position requires technical school training and/or certification. The client offers competitive wages and excellent benefits package. Starting wages for mechanic are commensurate with skills and experience.
