Manager Advanced Systems Electrical Components position is now available for new product design and manufacturing. Candidates will need a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics. MBA preferred. Broad electrical and electronics design background for drive systems, motors, controllers, battery cells, switches, battery chargers, and sensors. Minimum 5 years in product development role in consumer product packaged goods. Good understanding of equipment, tools and software to design, test and analyze systems and components. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. The manager position will lead and direct all activities of the advanced systems project teams and support teams in order to achieve successful market introduction. Manage all team associates ( including performance assessments and related Human Resources activities such as coaching and feedback, input on compensation decisions) to ensure individual and team project-related targets are met.
