CAD Drafter - CAD/HVAC/electrical/ plumbing 18-21 $/hr

Well established engineering firm in the Houston, TX area that specializes in providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services has a need for a CAD DRAFTSPERSON. You will need to be HIGHLY proficient in AutoCAD 2000 or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel also a must. You will also need a minimum of 3 years experience specifically in drafting for HVAC, electrical and plumbing consulting firms. Experience in drafting and design of educational or other public facilities is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP Suite desired, but not required. Extremely detail-oriented and self-motivated person, hands on ability to get the job done, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work and communicate well with a variety individuals in a collaborative atmosphere are expected for this position. This position is for local candidates or for those who will relocate to the area at their own expense. The rate is commensurate with experience.
