Location: Knoxville, TN, USA
Power Generation company in the Knoxville, TN area, are in search of a Field Engineer and a Field Manager for an immediate direct hire position. Qualified candidates will have a BSCHe and a minimum of two years of experience designing and building amine plants. Other experience includes; Process systems engineering for an engineering service company OR an operating company in the hydrocarbon process industry. Experience working with ammonia carbonate/bicarbonate production, ammonia scrubbing, Claus/Amine sulfur recovery processes, and working with VLE simulations or process simulation modeling tools like Aspen or Prosim are all a plus. You will start in the Knoxville area and eventually go to a separate location that has not yet been determined. You will be responsible for the start-up, commissioning, operation and testing of field pilot and demonstration projects for removal of CO2. Other responsibilities as required.
