Large Real Estate Construction client is located in Sacramento, California, and is looking for a Manager with 5-7 years experience in the HVAC or Construction industry. Candidate MUST HAVE Lead Engineering experience with supervisory and administrative experience as an assistant manager in commercial HVAC. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management programs, and employee development programs to quality standards and property operating objectives. The successful candidate must be able to establish and implement procedures for prompt and courteous response to tenant and property work orders, maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants, train engineering staff, and direct and maintain an effective operation and general building maintenance program, with accurate up-to-date records on HVAC, MEP, Electrical, and Plumbing. Additional duties will include evaluating, recommending, and monitoring mechanical contractors, preparing annual budget proposals, monitoring, and explaining variances from approved budget to actual expenses/income. Must have sound communication, verbal, and leadership skills. Company offers a competitive benefits package. Salary listed in an approximation, so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
