IMMEDIATE NEED! Client just West of Los Angles is actively looking for an experienced CMOS Image Sensor Application Engineer to become a key contributor to the imaging chip design and development team. The Engineer MUST HAVE a BSEE or BS Physics (or equivalent) Degree with 5+ years of experience, or a MSEE (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience! The candidate must have knowledge and experience with CCD and/or CMOS image sensors, optics, camera applications, image sensor specifications and measurement methods, image processing techniques for AGC, auto exposure, color balance, color processing, noise filters, strong communication skills, technical writing skills and the ability to work in a team environment with vendors, operations, and iSoC Designers to solve customer issues. Experience with firmware development in VHDL/Verilog and software development for image sensor evaluation is also desired!
