Manufacture of Night Vision Systems near Roanoke, VA. in search of a Senior Electronic Engineer for a direct hire position. Qualifications include; BSEE and strong design interface and implementation experience utilizing various COTS LCD and LED array panel technologies. Must have familiarity with fundamental Electro-Optical principles with display systems, knowledge and experience using image and video processing algorithms and architectures. Any experience with High-speed CPLD and FPGA design experience (Altera and/or Xilinx): designs in VHDL or Verilog; Aldec or Mentor Graphics; circuit design using Allegro would be a plus! Questions you will be asked:

• We require a BSEE and strong Design interface and implementation experience utilizing various COTS LCD and LED array panel technologies. Can you meet these requirements?

• Please describe any experience you have with fundamental Electro-Optical principles with display systems, knowledge and experience using image and video processing algorithms and architectures. Rate you skill level.

• Do you have any working knowledge of Night Vision functionality and its production? Please detail.

• What is your understanding of Taguchi and -or Kaizen methodology?

• Where do you live and what is your availability? Do you have a security clearance?
