Location: Bangor, ME, USA
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY in Maine for a Production Engineer who has a minimum of 3 years work experience in a Pulp / Paper mill. You MUST HAVE a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Pulp and Paper; experience in process or production engineering in a pulp or paper mill; proven supervisory ability. Your knowledge of and prior experience pulping, bleaching, chemical recovery or utility processes; statistical process control, and utilities will be a plus. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: provide technical and supervisory assistance to the mill; equipment and process troubleshooting; processes, chemical, additive and operating optimization; employee training; production and quality improvements; shutdown planning and implementation. Your compensation will be commensurate with your level of experience and expertise. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
