Our energy services client is conducting an ACTIVE SEARCH for a Technical Services Engineer in SE Arizona! This critical role will entail planning, developing and implementing the Energy Management System (EMS). In addition, you will analyze the power system topology and model the transmission and sub-transmission power system network, and support detailed model changes to maintain an accurate network model and test the model base case power flow.
Successful candidates MUST HAVE: BSEE (concentration in Power preferable), at least 0-5 years experience implementing EMS-related systems, full graphics design and display building. Additional requirements: thorough knowledge of UNIX-based EMS and working knowledge of substation topologies, remote terminal units, PLC and related protocols; solid knowledge of Windows operating systems; experience in developing and maintaining strategies for EMS SQL/Oracle databases; demonstrated experience with maintenance of network models, and applications such as contingency analysis and load flow analysis. PLUS: Arizona P.E. Very competitive total compensation (salary is commensurate with experience). New college graduates with BSEEs may apply! Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
