A leader in providing control solutions for turbomachinery and power plants is actively searching for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer. Qualified candidates should have 5 years proven experience with electrical controls, wiring, schematics, PLC's and in-depth understanding of reading diagrams, calculations and layouts. Client prefers experience in Power Industry, but can have background in Oil & Gas production, pipelines, refineries, offshore production platforms, or manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include designing one-line and three-line diagrams, schematics, wire pulling calculations, physical wiring diagrams and bill of materials. Also will design instrumentation loop diagrams, plans, installation details, P&ID's and PLC systems. Ability to read PLC ladder logic is a plus. Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred, but not required. Interviews will be scheduled soon, so all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply now.
