A manufacturer of construction steel products is seeking Structural Designers with AutoCAD proficiency for its facility in south metro Atlanta. MUST HAVE experience with cold formed steel, wall panels, light gauge steel construction design. Designers will create shop drawings for light gauge framing, including floor and roof plans, wall sections, details, panel drawings, truss drawings and bill of material for shop fabrication. High School diploma or GED required, and an associates degree or certification in architectural or technical drafting is a plus. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Questions you will be asked:

• Please rate your skill with AutoCAD 1 to 10. How many hours, on what version(s)? Any certifications or formal training?

• Please detail your design and drafting experience with light gauge metal framing, truss designs, stud wall panels, cold formed metal framing, metal studs, and steel floor joists, etc. When, where, how long?

• Where do you currently live? When are you available to start?

• What is your most recent pay rate or salary?
