A Construction Company located in the Atlanta Metropolitan area has an immediate need for an Sr. Estimator to produce quality reports for bids and pricing COMMERCIAL projects. All candidates applying for this position should have the ability to read and interpret information from sales force to generate accurate estimates, and should have some project management experience with bid process, submittals, subcontracts, material purchase orders and contract administration. The typical project will range from $500,000 to $5,000,000. Some of the duties assigned to the position are producing quality take-off, estimating all divisions, scheduling, solicitation, business development, and analyzing of vendor bids. In addition, all applying candidates should be highly motivated, have good communication, computer, and job costing and accounting skills. All candidates applying for this position MUST have a minimum of 5 years of general contracting experience. In addition, all candidates must have multiple years of experience using Timberline Estimating or similar software estimating application packages. The salary range for this position is an estimate and your salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and what you bring to the table. Local candidates preferred for this position please.
