IMMEDIATE NEED!!! An engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Nashville, Tennessee location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in discipline design and analysis of Commercial Building system design and Healthcare Facility design. A Master of Science degree in Engineering and a PE license is required. Applicant must have extensive experience in lighting, power and system design, and comprehension of NEC, NFPA 72 and 101, and Building Codes. Candidate must have experience in the overall design of electrical systems for the following project types: Hospitals, Corporate Offices, Retail Buildings, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Schools, Condominiums, Laboratories, and Sports Facilities. Responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to the following: Assisting, directing, and investigating the technical activities on assigned projects; Ensuring company technical policies and procedures are implemented; Participating in the development of technical studies; Assisting the Project Manager in budget, technical quality, and time management of various projects; Researching applicable codes; Designing power distribution systems, and preparing project specifications. Salary is commensurate with experience. Company offers a benefit package. Relocation is available for the right candidate!!!
