Construction Engineer - Hydroelectric/Construction/Concrete Dams

Senior CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER to provide oversight of construction of high concrete dam,underground or above-ground hydroelectric or pumped storage powerhouse, tunnel and shaft linings and associated concrete works. Requires BS Technical and should have a minimum of 10 years concrete dam, embankment, construction experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory position. Position is responsible for construction planning, constructability reviews, project scheduling, contract management, preparation of bid documents, design of temporary construction work, drawing and specification reviews, for dam and hydroelectric project and large scale water resource projects. Must have International experience in developing countries. Multiple language skill is a plus. Position is based in Illinois but must be willing to relocate to a domestic or international job site.

• How many years of experience do you have as a Senior CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER? Please describe your skills to provide oversight of construction of high concrete dam, embankment, underground or above-ground hydroelectric or pumped storage powerhouse, tunnel and shaft linings and associated concrete works.

• Rate your skills with construction planning, constructability reviews, project scheduling, contract management, preparation of bid documents, design of temporary construction work, drawing and specification reviews. List dam and hydroelectric project and large scale water resource projects you have constructed.

• Are you multilingual? Highlight your International experience in developing countries.

• Please list any degrees or certifications you currently hold.

• Are you local and-or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL for a permanent position & go to international sites for work?
