IMMEDIATE NEED!!! Client located in the state of Kansas has an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer with experience designing motor and generator controls for aerospace applications. This position requires a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and 8-10 years experience. Skills and experience should include: Power circuit design; Experience with design and certification of electronic circuits used for high reliable airborne applications; Experience with DO-160 requirements; Working knowledge of FEMA (MIL-STD-1629A or equivalent) and MIL-HDBK-217; Knowledge of motor controls for DC motors and generator control unit topology; Knowledge of DO-178 and DO-254 design processes. Daily responsibilities will include: Customer interface; Mathematical and reliability analysis; Schematic design; Testing; Production support. Excellent benefits and relocation available.
