A great opportunity to work with a division of a Fortune 500 company that manufactures plastic products has an immediate need for 4 Technical Lead/Supervisor positions for a direct hire positions in the Greensboro, NC area. The qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years experience in manufacturing, preferably in the plastic industry, with extrusion or compounding experience. The ideal candidate will have supervisor experience and experience with blow molding, extrusion, and underwater pelletizer experience in the plastic industry. The position requires active participation within the plant operations team and leading others using extruder/ underwater pelletizer equipment in the recycling operation of plastic products. The position requires 12 hour shifts on a rotating 3 day a week and follow the next with a 4 day a week schedule working every other weekend. You will gain 8 hours of OT every other week.
