Location: Roswell, GA, USA
General contractor in the Atlanta, GA area, specializing in design/ build projects which can require conceptual estimating, is in search of a Estimator for a direct hire position. Qualified candidates will have; BS and seven or more years of healthcare, mid-rise, or office building experience. You will be responsible for subcontractor solicitation, estimating, bidding out jobs, reviewing estimates and designs with owners. We have approximately 30 employees currently and we operate under the work hard, get rewarded philosophy. We are looking for an individual with a pleasant personality who can work directly with customers. Some travel is included. We want a team player and can work independently Does this describe you? Questions you will be asked:

• We require a BS and seven or more years of healthcare, mid-rise, or office building experience. Can you meet these qualifications?

• Please describe any experience with subcontractor solicitation, estimating, bidding out jobs, and explaining jobs to owners.

• Are you able to travel on occasion to Savannah GA to meet clients with?

• Please describe your experience with conceptual estimates.

• Where do you live and what is your availability?
