Immediate Need With Great Benefits: Well respected Mid-western energy company has immediate need for Operations Management Center Distribution Dispatchers, and Distribution Operators with different levels of experience and education. Experience of or technical aptitude to learn and comprehend, Operating Practices, Operating Procedures, and Approved Work Methods, switching charts, One Line Diagrams, and electronic/paper maps, and operate the SCADA and Outage Management Systems as well as type switching on the PC based switching program. Requires a minimum Three (3) years experience in an Electric Services Engineering, Operations, or Construction function. Mid-level positions require Four 4 years experience in Operations Management Center or Substation Operations (Relay, Maintenance, or Voltage Regulation.) Prefer an Associate's degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Electronics, Electrical, Power Technology, Engineering Technology, or related technology or completion of an equivalent ICS Intext program Associate's degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Electronics, Electrical, Power Technology, Engineering Technology, or related technology or completion of an equivalent ICS In-text program AND two (2) years experience in Operations Management Center or Substation Operations (Relay, Maintenance, or Voltage Regulation.) Experience will include analysis of service outages and dispatching Trouble Representatives, Service Technicians, Local Representatives, Customer Representatives, and Line Construction crews to trouble locations. Experience dispatching 24-hour trouble calls and routine service order dispatching, company-wide, utilizing CADS/OMS. Experience with voltage control and equipment loading of distribution system. • Describe your experience dispatching 24-hour trouble calls and routine service order dispatching, company-wide, utilizing CADS-OMS. Describe your experience with voltage control and equipment loading of distribution system.
