IMMEDIATE NEED! A large engine manufacturing company in Eastern New Mexico is actively looking for a Plant Quality Leader (PQL) for its manufacturing facility. This is a twelve (12)+ month contract assignment! The Quality Leader MUST HAVE a Bachelors Degree and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification! Candidates will be responsible for implementing processes to ensure compliance to emissions regulations and ensure an effective process is in place to identify issues, assign resources and drive permanent corrective actions. The applicant must have strong continuous improvement skills, lean manufacturing, provide resources/support to develop & implement product changes and new products. Must be able to train and mentor plant management team on quality tools and their applications. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quantitative analysis is required! NO PER DIEM!
