Opportunity with a client located in the Cleveland, OH area for a Senior level Architect that has experience in commercial / industrial building design and/or detailing. This position will be responsible to prepare working architectural drawings and specifications that will be used to perform architectural construction work, award subcontracts and purchase architectural materials for building projects. Work assignments consist of preparing specific drawings such as floor plans, cross sections, elevations, wall sections, etc. You will be responsible to coordinate your work with all other disciplines in the Engineering Department to ensure that conflicts and interference are avoided and that provisions are made in the building details to serve building and process equipment. The ability to become familiar with all applicable codes affecting your working drawings is a must. To be considered you must have a four to five-year degree in architecture and six to eight years experience in commercial/industrial building design and/or detailing. Architectural registration is strongly desired. Relocation assistance will be considered for highly eligible candidates although local or those able to relocate on their own preferred.
