Well known nationwide textile hardware & software company seeks Account Director for Spare Parts and Consumables in the Atlanta, GA area. The primary function of this position is to sale Spare Parts and Consumables service activities (improving existing account penetration) associated with company's products and services portfolio. In addition Account Director must develop and establish a sales plan leading to growth of the company and the maintenance of it's market leading position. Account Director will have to develop business relationships, in the Spare Parts and Consumables industry, in order to ensure a profitable long-term presence within the customers' organizations. A proven track record of new business acquisition is required. In addition the Account Manager will have to develop a strategy and relationship network, leading to the conclusion of the sale. Strong sales skills are required in addition, must have an ability to achieve respect from technical colleagues. A proven ability to identify, develop and sell project opportunities is required. Strong sales skills are required in addition, must have an ability to achieve respect from technical colleagues. 6 or more years experience in the industry are required as well as 4 year degree, preferably in engineering or business. 50% travel will be the norm. The position comes with a car allowance, a mobile phone allowance, a Laptop and all necessary tools. Salary up to 85K (with commission).
