Manufacturing Company in Northwest Georgia has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an ACCOUNTING MANAGER. A BS/BA degree in accounting, finance or business administration is required with additional work experience of at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment with the exposure to all phases of the financial planning, accounting, reporting and documentation. Responsibilities include: Developing, coordinating, and administering the operational accounting functions, including cost accounting, general accounting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Must have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and theory. Requires the ability to plan, direct and supervise the financial affairs of the company. Supervises the maintenance of all accounting records. Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information used to appraise operational results in terms of cost, budget, policies of operation and profit potential. Must have management and administrative skills. Great benefits including 401k. Medical, Dental and Vision available to top candidate. • Describe your ability and experience to supervise the maintenance of all accounting records and analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information used to appraise operational results in terms of cost, budget, policies of operation and profit potential.
