Quality Assurance Manager - Nuclear/Audit/Assessment 90-100 K/yr

A Challenging Position for a person that has a background in performing audits and performance assessments at a nuclear facility. This position is located in the State of Maryland. Experience required, you must be qualified to perform duties in accordance with ANSI.NQA-1 and you must have at least 8 years experience working in a nuclear power plant in either operations, maintenance, tech services or quality. One of the three following requirements is a must: A minimum of 4 years experience in a quality role, or A bachelors in Engineering, Science, or equivalent, or be A Certified Senior Reactor Operator (SRO). You will prepare assessment activity reports and compliance auditing plans, you will verify that assigned areas are within industry standards, meeting regulator requirements, procedural requirements compliance, and management directives are being met. This position will also provide training and certifications support to Quality Analysts and maintain the most up to date program materials. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills in audits and performance assessments. Client offers excellent benefit package and provides relocation assistance to eligible candidates.

• Candidate must be qualified as both performance assessor and compliance auditor in accordance with ANSI-NQA-1? Describe how you meet this requirement. (NQA-1, Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facility Applications)

• This position will require a person have 8 years experience in a nuclear power plant, in what capacity did you perform your 8 years experience?

• You must meet one of the three requirements(describe which one you meet): A minimum of 4 years experience in a quality role, or A bachelors in Engineering, Science, or equivalent, or be A Certified Senior Reactor Operator (SRO).

• This position will require you to be well versed in writing audit reports that communicate the results, how do you rate yourself as a auditor that can provide clear, concise, and detailed reports?

• Have you taken part in vendor evaluations? Describe. What is your number one quality that makes you a polished auditor and performance assessor?
