Technical Specialist - Material Handling/Pwr Plant/Usage/Maint 75-90 K/yr

Immediate need with Great Company: Large company located in Northern New York State is seeking a Team Leader for the Material Handling organization with experience in a coal fired power generation facility. Requires Leadership experience and 4 year degree desirable. Strong analytical/statistical/quantitative skills; proficiency with Excel and Word. Specific material handling leadership experience in fuel inventories optimization and equipment usage Must have experience in managing ash, lime handling, waste water treatment and ammonia equipment and operations, Must have experience working and directing other plant personnel in operating in a safe and reliable manner. Experience in coordination, scheduling and loading with the transportation organization and other plant personnel. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and encouraging people development. Must be a motivated self-starter and function with a minimum of supervision. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be flexible, willing to work extra and unusual hours with good organizational skills, adaptable to changing priorities. US Citizen or possess unrestricted US Work Permit required.
