Location: Newnan, GA, USA
Contract position with a client located approximately 1 hour SW of the Atlanta, GA area for a CMM Programmer. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Aerospace Industry working with airfoil dimensioning. Candidate must have extensive work experience in the operation, maintenance, and programming of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), prepare CMM programs, perform inspections using CMM, and review product discrepancies and suggest recommendations. Applicant must have PC.DMIS CAD++ programming ability and a solid understanding of Geometric, Dimensioning, and Tolerancing (GD&T). Any experience working with Unigraphics Modeling (3D CAD) is a plus. Local candidates or those willing to relocate at their own expense as there is no travel or per diem available.
Questions you will be asked:

• Based on the job description above, why are you a good match for this position? How many total years experience do you have working as a CMM Programmer? Do you have any aerospace or similar industry experience? Any airfoil dimensioning experience? Explain if yes.

• Detail recent work experience demonstrating your ability in the operation, maintenance, and programming of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), preparing CMM programs, performing inspections using CMM, and reviewing product discrepancies and suggesting recommendations.

• Please elaborate on your PC-DMIS CAD++ programming ability. What experience can you share showing you have a solid understanding of Geometric, Dimensioning, and Tolerancing ( GD&T )?

• Where do you currently live and why are you interested in a position located approximately 1 hour SW of Atlanta, GA? If not local are you able to relocate on your own? ( no per diem or travel available )

• What is your current or most recent hourly rate f pay as a CMM Programmer (please break down base, OT, etc.) and what is your desired hourly rate of pay for this position?
