MECHANICAL ENGINEER growth opportunity for a highly regarded firm in southeast Texas. Requires BS Degree in Mechanical or appropriate equivalent engineering discipline and 3 to 5 + years of experience in mechanical engineering including working with rotating equipment such as pumps, as well as, piping and heat exchangers in a heavy process plant such as petrochemical, chemical, refinery, power or similar plant environment. A PLUS to have experience with safety requirements in a chemical facility.

Position will team in supporting plant Operations and Maintenance focusing on the reliability, performance, and maintenance of the plant mechanical systems. Will support reliability improvement programs, preventative and predictive maintenance requirements, major maintenance, plant turnarounds, and capital projects.
