Leader in the designing and manufacturing of heavy equipment such as compactors, pavers, and milling machinery for industrial road work is in need of a Internal Quality Process Manager. Qualified candidates must have a BS in Engineering or Technical field with a minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 3 years managment experience. Also candidates must be able to use Root Cause Analysis 8-D, manage and coordinate training associated with quality control processes to manufacturing personnel, and Develop, Train, and Support direct reports including on-going feedback, regular evaluations, development planning and training. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience level of candidate.
