IMMEDIATE OPENING with a leading engineering firm located in San Jose, CA. Client is searching for a LEAD PROJECT MANAGER/ARCHITECT with minimum 10 years experience working in the consulting field, with at least 5 of these years as a Project Manager. Successful candidate will lead and coordinate internal and external architects and engineers for projects from design conceptualization through construction management. In this position you will lead the design process and influence the ward of discipline contracts. The project manager must be strong in overall project management, leadership, coordinating sub-consultants, coordination with municipalities and clients, management of project budgets, and a strong understanding of the codes. AutoCAD proficiency required. Candidates must be flexible with project schedules and must have a strong ability to prioritize. Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, and Educational (DSA Applications) a plus. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Company offers an excellent benefits package and salary is commensurate with experience.
