IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A RESOURCES PROJECT PLANNER / ANALYST: Large Mid-Western company has an immediate need for a Resource Project Planner / Analyst with experience in project planning and coordinating of internal and external labor resources, systems, software and other planning specifics. Requires an Associate's Degree in a Technical or construction management related field or equivalent. Experience should include 2-3 years of project management including resource loading and scheduling for construction projects using Primavera and or Microsoft Projects; budgeting for multiple groups within an organization. Must be efficient in resource planning, development and use of quality metrics for process improvement. Experience with providing monthly work plans, annual staffing plans, annual department budgets,, manpower staffing models and other business level plans or models to ensure efficient use of resources. Experience in providing analysis of changing operations and capacity demands regarding future business decisions. prefer local candidates but will consider others and relocation.
