Location: Norwood, OH, USA
Immediate need in the metro Cincinnati, OH area. Manufacturing plant producing engineered to order electrical motors. The Manufacturing Supervisor to over see the day to day operations of the assembly department. Manage department output, productivity, inventory, safety and the manufacturing process. Management of people including time, attendance, and discipline for thirty hourly employees. Position is second shirt from 4pm to 12:30am. Must have strong leadership with a desire for continuous improvement. Past manufacturing experience in a union environment is a plus. Two to five years experience required. Pay rate tbd based on experience.
Questions you will be asked:

• Do you have a BS Engineering or Technical degree or Operations Management degree ?

• Describe your proven supervision in a manufacturing environment ?

• Any experience with industrial electric motors ?
