Excellent Leadership Opportunity for Senior Operations Engineer with an industry leading renewable resource / power generation company. Wind Farm Project responsibilities will include but are not limited to innovate and lead an initiative to achieve targeted wind farm availability. Develop and assist implementing a strategy for delivering more value from operating assets and infrastructure and create a safety program to achieve zero accidents on operating assets. Improve systems for analyzing the performance of wind farms using operational data from network to ensure meeting desired performance levels. Implement a feedback system so that lessons learned are incorporated into the operations, construction and development process. Must Have B.S. in Engineering (ABET accredited) and a minimum of 6 years of engineering and/or construction experience applicable to power generation (preferably wind farms) and related facilities. Competencies must include: strong initiative and problem solving skills, work with minimum supervision, flexibility to adjust to changes in work direction and priorities while finding acceptable solutions to complete assigned tasks & goals.
